The new subsidiary of Adexa, Adexa Technology Pvt Ltd., was formed as a joint Venture with GTI Infotel. The new entity, majority owned by Adexa, will be providing Adexa solutions, services and support for the growing Indian Market as well as the rest of South Asia region. “Based on the level of interest from the region, we decided that the time is right to expand our presence in Asia,” said Dr. Cyrus Hadavi, Adexa CEO. “We have had plenty of success and growth in Pacific rim, however current level of demand justifies our focused presence in the region with an experienced local technology partner, GTI Infotel.”
