The audit will review the customer's current functional, technical, and integration requirements and existing infrastructure.
- i2 Exchange Assessment
The assessment will document the results of the audit and recommend a replacement and upgrade strategy from the existing i2 systems by utilizing equivalent Adexa planning applications.
- Final Proposal
A formal proposed plan will be developed and delivered based on minimizing time, organizational disruptions, user impact, and cost. It will outline the requirements of the implementation, future maintenance, and support—while fully considering the planning related efforts that have already taken place within the enterprise.
