Michael Braatz
Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development, Optiant

Mike directs the company's industry alliances and business development, ensuring that all company activities reflect Optiant's customer-centric philosophy. In the past decade, he has acquired a hands-on understanding of the dramatic changes affecting manufacturers. This perspective has shaped the company's conviction that superior supply chain performance will determine market leadership. He brings to the company consulting expertise in multiple industries, and director-level responsibility for extremely large-scale and time-sensitive logistics and supply chain operations.

At Bain & Company, he helped dozens of technology, manufacturing, wireless, aerospace and financial services companies create new strategies and new programs in sales, marketing, production and distribution. Before joining Bain, Mike spent five years with the U.S. Air Force, where he attained the rank of Captain and was twice decorated for outstanding performance. His achievements included managing a comprehensive upgrade of the communications suite on the Vice-Presidential aircraft fleet, Air Force Two. He also supervised the development, production, and logistics and supply chain performance of electronics manufacturing lines for several large defense contracts.

Mike earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Nathalie Carisey
Manager of Supply Chain Modules, Pulse

Nathalie is a management professional with over nine years of middle management experience in engineering and manufacturing industries. She has directed several aspects of material, planning, project and supply chain management and implementation. Nathalie also works as a strategic business partner with management to align supply chain management goals with overall corporate objectives.

Her professional experience has spanned across the world where her responsibilities have included 18 months in France as a Sales Assistant for the Asian market, four years in Thailand as Materials Manager with responsibility for a team of 25 employees, one year in China as Planning Manger with responsibility for a team of 25 employees and three years in San Diego as the project leader for Supply Chain Management implementation in Pulse’s Chinese factories and worldwide business operations.

Her academic credentials include a BS Degree, Business Administration from E.S.I.A.E. International Business School in France and an Associate Degree, Marketing from Jean- Michel Business School in France.

Ann Grackin
Chief Executive Officer, ChainLink Research

For more than two decades, Ann Grackin has been on the frontlines of the Supply Chain Management technology and eCommerce frontier, leading global strategy and technology implementations in multiple industries.

As a partner and cofounder of ChainLink Research, Ms. Grackin is responsible for leading the firms Supply Chain strategy. She comes to this position with a parallax view from seeing all angles of the supply chain problem-as an end-user implementer in a global fortune 100 firm, a technologist, a global consultant, an executive in a Supply Chain software firm, a columnist in the leading Supply Chain magazines, and one of the leading analysts in Supply Chain!

Before coming to ChainLink Research, Ms. Grackin served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy at AMR Research.

Ms. Grackin, a popular speaker and respected writer on supply chain management best practices and technology, is a graduate of the Harvard School of Executive Management and the Sloan School of Strategic Planning.
 
 
David Halphide
Supply Chain Planning Manager, Skyworks Solutions Inc.

David has worked in Supply Chain Management and Operations for over 13 years, and is currently responsible for supply forecasting and planning for Skyworks Solutions’ internal and external wafer fabs and assembly and test sites. 

In addition, David was a member of the implementation team that designed, developed and deployed the Adexa planning system in 2000.  He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly State University, Pomona.


 
Brad Martin
Planning Systems Development Manager, Analog Devices

For the last 14-years, Brad Martin is has been involved in the enhancement and implementation of Analog Devices' manufacturing technologies.  He has focused on supply chain, enterprise planning and order scheduling environments and the synchronization of systems to leverage their value to deliver higher returns to the enterprise.

Brad obtained a BS degree fromCornellUniversityin Chemical Engineering (1984), and an MBA fromBostonUniversity(1989).
