Lisa Yang
Head of Human Resources

As one of the original team members of Adexa, Lisa Yang has worked in various operations within the organization, including Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, Accounting and Administration. As the Head of Human Resources, she directs all HR related matters including compliance, employee relations, benefits, immigration visas, compensation, payroll, and talent acquisition. Before her current responsibility, Ms. Yang held key responsibility to facilitate the setup of branch and subsidiary offices in Europe and Asia. She reviewed company compliance with all applicable local prevailing laws and procedures and served as liaison for all foreign operations with Corporate Headquarters. Ms. Yang holds a B.A. degree from U.C.L.A. and has working experience and knowledge of general accounting principles.
