Mario A. DiSandro
Corporate Controller

Mr. DiSandro is Licensed CPA with extensive public and private accounting experience.  Prior to joining Adexa, he served as the head of finance for Hispanic Express and subsidiaries, which included a travel services company, mortgage company and others.  Mr. DiSandro has also served as the head of finance for Pace Enterprises, one of the largest colored gemstone jewelry manufacturers in the United States, and as assistant controller of Marshall Industries, a publicly traded electronics components distributor.  He began his experience with more than 6 years in the audit department of Ersnt & Young LLP.  Mr. DiSandro has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
