Tim Aoki

Mr. Aoki is a licensed attorney in California and a licensed CPA in Maryland. Prior to joining Adexa, he served as the General Counsel for Vizor Software, a client retention and cross-marketing technologies company, and Corporate Counsel and Director of Global Content Development at Stockpoint, a MarketWatch company (Nasdaq: MKTW).  

Mr. Aoki has also served as an international tax specialist at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he focused on high-technology companies.  Mr. Aoki holds a J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law and a B.A. in accounting from Arizona State University (summa cum laude).
